Whether you reckon your prized pooch would ace 'Sit and Wait' or your family member would be a pawsome contender for Best Child Handler, there's something for everyone at this annual event raising much needed funds for an entirely voluntarily run branch of the RSPCA. Classes include Best Child Handler, (12yrs and under) Cutest Puppy (6-12mnths) Prettiest Bitch, Monst Handsome Dog, Waggiest Tail, Prettiest Eyes, Sit and Wait, Best Groomed Dog, Ten Years and Over (we love a  golden oldie!) Fun Run Obstacle course and the finale Best in Show. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place all get their paws on a goody bag and a rosette. £2 an entry, registration from 12.30pm, but can enter throughout the day. Set in a much loved local park which is now over 100yrs old, various stalls from community to crafts, family fun, whether your four legged friend gets their paws on this year's Best in Show trophy or not, you'd be barking mad to miss this!  Proudly sponsored by local supporters MinMont Pets and Mrs Cooke's Dog Grooming, we can't wait to see you all there.
